Pat Smythe, a long time resident of Cecil County, has been active in disaster response with the Red Cross for 34 years. He has served Cecil County through both Project Impact and the Hazard Mitigation Planning Committee and is the Red Cross liaison to the Emergency Operations Center. Currently, Pat is active in several community education programs that promote emergency preparedness. Pat and his wife have four children and six grandchildren.
