Cecil County Department of Emergency Services is conducting a survey to find out who needs help in an emergency. The information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used to help our emergency responders assist you during an emergency. We are seeking the following information:
Citizens who are unable to hear, read or understand emergency messages
Citizens who need extra help if they have to evacuate their home in an Emergency
Data that can be used to update an existing survey.
