Brian Carney, NREMT-P

Brian Carney has been a Paramedic for the Cecil County Department of Emergency Services for 5 years. He is stationed at Paramedic 3, south of Chesapeake City and responds to all of southern Cecil County.
Prior to joining the Department of Emergency Services, Mr. Carney was enlisted in the U.S. Air Force as a Fire Protection Specialist. He was awarded an honorable discharge after 8 years of service.
Additionally, Mr. Carney has been a volunteer with Singerly Fire Company in Elkton as a paramedic and fire fighter for the past 12 years.
Mr. Carney was awarded the Achievement of Excellence citation by Cecil County DES in 1999 and again in 2003.
